Assess

Our service starts with the flagship movement screening which assesses your posture, range of motion and compound movement in everyday tasks.

Address

We'll then go through a 12-week intervention to improve the focus points identified in the assessment. This is tailored to your needs and budget.

Test

We'll then retest, focussing on key areas for improvement and re-work our solution to suit your evolving needs, mind and body.
