Pain free living
Is joint pain holding you back from living life to the fullest? Stiff hips, sore knees and back twinges?
At Ironclad, we provide a non-invasive solution to managing pain long-term through the use of biomechanics and kinesiology. We ensure correct human movement which allows areas that are currently under excess stress to recover which reduces inflammation and pain.
If your pain is from previous injuries, arthritis or fibromyalgia, the solution may be as simple as learning and enforcing correct movement patterns. Enquire to find our more!
