At Ironclad Performance we provide a non-invasive solution to managing pain long-term through the use of biomechanics and kinesiology. We ensure correct human movements which allows areas that are currently under excess stress to recover which reduces inflammation and pain.
Our 1-1 flagship wellbeing programme can be carried out on-site and via home visits. We also have a dedicated online service designed for performance enhancement for strength athletes.
