Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We provide personalised coaching services, which may include:

  • 1,2,3 or 4 x personal training session per week (in-person) - Subject to agreed package.

  • Customised training programmes delivered via our coaching app

  • 24/7 support via WhatsApp messaging

  • Ongoing progress tracking and programme adjustments.

Services are delivered as agreed in the client’s selected package.

2. Payments

All sessions and packages must be paid in advance via Stripe or agreed payment method. Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with Section 6.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

3. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide a minimum of 12 hour’s notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Cancellations made outside of 12 hours (i.e. more than 12 hours before the session) may be rescheduled within the same calendar week, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited and charged in full. (Discretion of the trainer)

Failure to attend a session without notice (no-show) may result in the session being forfeited and charged in full. (Discretion of the trainer)

All rescheduled sessions must be used within the same billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Expiry of Sessions

Weekly sessions must be used within the allocated week. Unused sessions do not roll over unless agreed with the trainer.

5. Health & Responsibility

Clients confirm they are medically fit to participate in physical exercise. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or changes in health status.

Participation is voluntary, and clients accept that results may vary based on effort, consistency, and lifestyle factor.

6. Membership Cancellation

Memberships require 14 days cancellation written notice to cancel.

Notice must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

No refunds will be provided for unused sessions within an active billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

8. Communication

24/7 WhatsApp support is provided for guidance and accountability. Responses will be made as promptly as possible but are not guaranteed to be instant.
