  • 3 personal training sessions focussed around learning and you come away with a clear plan to achieve your goals.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form and we’ll reach out to you to schedule the first session.

  • We are 2 coaches with 1 system, both high-level strength athletes in our own right and together have helped dozens of people from varied backgrounds to increase strength, boost confidence and cut out the guesswork.

  • Each session is 60 minutes

  • We’ll take payment after session 1, if you don’t wish to continue, you pay nothing! There are no further fees such as day passes required.

  • This is for beginners or people getting back into training who want to feel confident, move better and actually see progress without guessing what to do.

  • Sessions take place in ARC gym (RG41) unless otherwise specified.

    • Session 1: Assessment + first workout

    • Session 2: Build technique + confidence

    • Session 3: Progression plan + next steps
